Catered by Bake Shop at All Things Acres and served by The Pilot and Anchor Clubs of Brenham.

Tickets are $125 per person, and reservations are required.

An evening of laughs, libations, and lovingly prepared cuisine by Unity’s own Kate Revnell-Smith. Think escargot without the snail trauma, cheese that smells fancy, and desserts worth canceling your gym membership for. It’s France without the jetlag! To be enjoyed on a mutually agreeable date in 2026. Bon appétit and stretchy pants encouraged!

Bordeaux-inspired Wine Tasting for 8 – C’est Magnifique!

Join Dave Gohlke and Burton Mayor Karen Buck in their home for an evening exploring wines from the famous Bordeaux region of France - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, plus Malbec and Carmenere. Next will be the "Left Bank" and "Right Bank” blends, and ending with a special sweet treat from Bordeaux.  The evening will include exploring the geography, the soil, the "terroir, the grapes, and the history. A spread of breads and cheeses, charcuterie and pates, fruits and sweets will accompany the many delicious wines.

The Phantom’s Encore: A Board Dinner Spectacular!

“Let the music of the night… guide you to dinner!” Your table is waiting! Whether you’re belting out “Think of Me” or just thinking about seconds, this is one night you’ll never forget. Costumes not required…but highly encouraged.
